This role is an essential part of the Customer Service Operations team, focused more on data entry and back-end order management than direct customer interaction. You will play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed, tracked, and delivered with accuracy and efficiency. Working cross-functionally, you’ll provide proactive support to internal teams, maintain system integrity, and contribute to an elevated service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely support to internal customer service and account teams.
- Manage incoming communications (email/calls) from cross-functional partners.
- Process and maintain customer orders in alignment with delivery timelines and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve order-related or system issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in systems such as SAP/CRP.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to organize, analyze, and track orders and team activity.
- Support reporting and presentation needs using tools like PowerPoint and BI systems.
- Take initiative in identifying and escalating potential order fulfillment risks.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience using SAP/CRP systems (required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (mid to advanced), Outlook, and preferably PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
- Prior exposure to order book management and/or digital marketplace platforms is a bonus.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
