ENTRY Phlebotomist I
Patient Services Representative I (Entry Level Phlebotomy Training)
Location: Orlando, FL
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST
Duration: 3 months
Job Description:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is the first point of contact for patients, greeting them with care and compassion. This entry-level role supports patient check-ins, maintains the waiting area, assists during Phlebotomist breaks, and receives training in Phlebotomy to grow within the company.
The PSR I creates a trusting environment by clearly explaining procedures and providing excellent customer service while ensuring patient confidentiality and accuracy of information. Under supervision, daily tasks are performed timely, and a safe, professional atmosphere is maintained.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, healthcare, etc.)

Strong data entry/keyboard skills

Willingness to learn and perform Phlebotomy duties during downtime

Reliable transportation and punctuality essential

Must live within 20-25 minutes of Orlando, FL
Important: This is a front-of-house role with mandatory Phlebotomy training. Candidates unwilling to learn or perform Phlebotomy should not apply.
