High Level Project Overview:
The successful candidate will support the SCM Center of Excellence by assisting with process documentation, data analysis, project management & coordination, and technology focused improvement initiatives.
The position will work closely with the Product Owner to help drive efficiency, standardization, and visibility across Source to Pay (S2P) and other operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Provide administrative and analytical support for cross functional improvement projects.
Help track project tasks, milestones, risks, and status updates.
Assist with preparing presentation materials, meeting notes, and follow ups.
Technology & Tools Support
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and documentation for new or updated systems and tools.
Load, maintain, and update data within the SaaS platform to support accurate configuration, reporting, and downstream workflows.
Configure and manage templates, forms, and standardized content within the SaaS solution to ensure consistency and scalability.
Onboard, train, and support internal stakeholders and external users, including access setup, role management, and ongoing user enablement.
Training & Communications
Support execution of change management strategies that drive adoption.
Support the creation of training materials, job aids, and knowledge sharing content.
Coordinate and lead training initiatives
Assist with organization wide communication efforts related to process updates or technology changes.
Process Documentation & Mapping
Assist with documenting current state business processes across Procure to Pay and related workflows.
Support the creation and maintenance of process maps using tools such as Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart.
Capture pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities identified through stakeholder discussions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Gather, clean, and organize data for reporting and analysis.
Support development of performance metrics and dashboards.
Validate data accuracy and assist in identifying trends or anomalies.

Required Years of Experience:
3+ Years of Experience

Education:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree Required

Preference for prior experience with a regulated utility
