Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 6:30 AM 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks
Start Date: 10/20/2025
End Date: 12/22/2025
Required Experience: 2+ years recent experience in Women s Health
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of a healthcare provider, the Medical Assistant performs a variety of direct patient care services in an outpatient Women s Health Clinic setting. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and ensuring accurate medical record documentation. The Medical Assistant also plays a key role in maintaining optimal patient flow, administering medications, and educating patients to support overall care outcomes.
This role operates under direct supervision and adheres to hospital standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic patient care services under clinical supervision

Support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

Administer medications as directed

Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Educate and guide patients throughout their care journey

Ensure smooth patient flow through effective scheduling and communication

Uphold all hospital and clinic standards and protocols
Facility Requirements:
Medical Assistant License Must be valid and attached to resume
BLS Certification Must be current and from the American Heart Association
Experience Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Women's Health
Worksite Setting Outpatient Women's Health Clinic
