5-10 years' experience with CLINCIAL (RN, LVN, LSW) recruiting experience
3-6 month engagement
CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN ONE OF THE PREFFERED 15 STATES ((Client, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, AZ, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI);
Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent staffing services to Client leaders and associates. Delivers high quality professional level candidates and advances the Client brand name across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Client selection process.
Perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
A wide degree of creativity, near-and long term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
Essential Functions:
Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, search assignments.
Visits hiring managers to understand job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, and staffing agencies; develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified professionals.
Leverage online recruiting resources, identify, and recruit the very best candidates and develop an effective pipeline of key talent.
Create and foster relationships with 2 and 4 year colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Prescreen and interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behaviProductased interviewing methodologies.
Assist with due diligence and research to procure the most effective assessment tool(s). Implement and use where appropriate. Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidat0es and hiring manager.
Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates. Extend offer of employment to selected candidates under the direction of hiring managers and within the guidelines of Clients compensation policy;
Manages the selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in the full lifecycle recruiting.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers and interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, such as job fairs, college career days, networking groups, professional societies, etc. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
Participate in analysis of common attributes of our most successful employees.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to abide by Clients policies Maintain regular attendance based on agreed-upon schedule Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers
Required Education:
B.S. in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred, or other related discipline, or the equivalent experience required.
Required Experience:
Minimum 8+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge of recruiting components, including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
