Duties:
- Review resumes and conduct screening of candidates.
- Track candidate status and update applicant tracking systems.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with general recruitment related administrative task
- Organizes and hosts virtual recruitment fairs and event
- The recruiter will be a team-oriented individual with excellent organization skills.
- The recruiter will be responsible for consulting with department leaders and hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage a diverse candidate pool that align with COVID 19 testing organizational goals.
Skills:
- Manage and track requested job posting and applicant resume submittals.
- Run weekly and monthly reports on posting to ensure a timely turn around on filling positions.
- Find and attend external job fairs and hiring events Work with Universities/Colleges and department leaders on managing their student internship, Residents and fellowship pool.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Prior experience in a recruiting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic knowledge of Excel
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple competing prioritiesSchedule
