Job Title: LSS  Certified Medical Assistant
Job Location: Avondale, AZ
Job Duration: 2-3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Room and vital patients.
• Provide patient care basics.
• Able to manage medical tasks.
• Can collaborate with others.
• Partners with clinicians to create positive outcomes.

Experience / Additional Details:

• Any unique skills needed: Personable, accepts feedback and implements direction from leadership, and promotes teamwork.

Certifications or Qualifications Needed:

• MA Medical Assistant for Client preferred (Phlebotomy required).
• Graduated from an accredited postsecondary Medical Assistant program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools.
• OR completed relevant Medical Assistant training by any branch of the armed forces.
• OR possess a Medical Assistant certification issued by a certifying organization accredited by either the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute (candidate must also have completed a medical assistant training program).
• For bullet #3, we can accept an active or previously active Medical Assistant certification from one of these organizations:
  • AMCA (American Medical Certification Association).
  • AMT (American Medical Technologists).
  • AAMA (American Association of Medical Assistants).
  • NHA (National Health Career Association).
  • NCCT (National Center for Competency Testing).
