Job Title: Strategic Planning Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC 27607
Duration: 12 Months+ (Contract With possibility of Extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
General Summary:
This role is responsible for coordinating and documenting the strategic deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies at external partner sites. The Specialist facilitates implementation of the strategic plan, supports development of tactical and operational plans, and monitors progress, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
Note: This role does NOT involve managing people or direct reports.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deploy advanced technologies and innovations following the End to End Innovation Deployment Process.
- Collaborate with site functions and product teams to develop and execute deployment strategies and integrated plans.
- Drive value proposition and value capture for deployed technologies.
- Ensure alignment and effective communication with key stakeholders throughout deployment.
- Author technical documentation as needed to support deployment activities.
- Provide intermittent onsite support at a facility near Raleigh, NC.
- Report progress and updates to stakeholders and partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work remotely most of the time with flexibility for onsite visits as required.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and project coordination skills.
