End User Services Specialist
Qualifications

Education & Experience

Associates degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience

Equivalent experience is defined as 2 years of professional experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology

Job Profile Summary
Provides technical, operational, and administrative support for IT-related end-user provisioning and device support.
Key Responsibilities

Perform manual installation of non-packaged software, including both purchased and internally developed applications

Ensure appropriate change management approvals are obtained prior to software deployment

Manage multiple assignments and issues in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, while keeping end users and management informed of progress

Deliver timely and effective technical support to end users by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with hardware and corporate-standard software

Document technical issues and resolutions in accordance with incident and knowledge management standards
