Phlebotomist I
Position: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Merritt Island, FL
Shift/Time Zone: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–3:00 PM; Rotating Sat 6:30 AM–11:30 AM EST
Duration: 3 months
Job Summary:
The PSR I is the face of the company, providing high-quality phlebotomy services and patient care. Responsibilities include collecting and processing specimens, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and maintaining a safe, professional environment.
Key Duties:

Draw blood specimens accurately and safely

Prepare samples for lab testing

Provide excellent customer service and build patient trust

Maintain documentation and follow standard procedures

Support a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
Requirements:
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED); MA or paramedic training preferred

Experience: 6+ months phlebotomy (REQUIRED), 1+ year preferred
-
Strong pediatric/geriatric phlebotomy skills
-
Retail/service customer experience preferred

Keyboard/data entry proficiency

Able to work independently and adapt to changing schedules, including weekends/holidays
