Responsibilities
This role is part of the Service Management team supporting the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud initiative. The primary focus is to assist and train team members while providing hands-on support in managing and enhancing the AWS sandbox environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the administration and build-out of the AWS sandbox environment.

Developing procedures and providing insights on best practices for configuring AWS Cloud environments.

Instructing the Service Management team on best practices related to sizing, administration, tagging, scripting, monitoring, and security across various environment scenarios.

Creating documentation outlining best practices for AWS usage.

Providing support and guidance on Amazon application development tools to application developers.
