ENTRY Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Entry-Level Phlebotomist
Job Location: Miami Beach, FL
Job Duration: 6 months
Shift: Mon – Fri, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Rotational Saturdays: 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly and reliable Entry-Level PSR I to join our Miami Beach team. This role is the front face of our company, welcoming patients and supporting their care experience. You’ll assist with check-ins, maintain a professional lobby environment, and be trained in Phlebotomy for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with compassion and professionalism
- Help with check-ins via kiosk or tablet
- Maintain a clean and safe lobby area
- Support phlebotomy coverage and learn collection procedures
- Handle patient data accurately and confidentially
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Keyboard/data entry skills
- Willingness to learn Phlebotomy (REQUIRED)
- Reliable personal transportation (bus/Uber/rideshare not accepted)
- Punctuality and full shift attendance are a must
Important:
This is a front-facing role with training in Phlebotomy.
