Job Title: Surgical Technologist
Location Available: Ludington, MI / Royal Oak, MI
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possibilities of Extension)
Schedule Notes: Primarily 07:00 – 15:30 (8 Hours Per Day)
Weekend rotation: Yes, approximately every 5 days and every 5 weekends (Sat. & Sunday 07:00 -07:00)
On Call: 1 weekend every 4 weeks and 1 weeknight (Monday - Friday) every 4 weeks

Functions:
- Provides sterile instruments and supplies during the surgical procedure.
- Performs surgical sponge, needle, and instrument counts.
- Prepares case tables with necessary equipment, sterile supplies, instruments, and medications/solutions for each surgical case.
- Assists in positioning patients for surgical procedures and maintains a protective position throughout the case.
Required Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent - Completion of an Accredited School of Surgical Technology.
- Certified Surgical Tech.
- BLS-AHA.
