Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for partnering effectively across teams and ensuring timely execution of operational improvements.

Duties:
Reporting & Analysis
- Review weekly operational and performance reports for accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and support implementation of process changes based on insights.
- Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Create operational tickets based on identified issues or stakeholder requests.
- Track tickets from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely updates and follow-through.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and close tickets efficiently.
- Maintain a running log of all tickets, including creation date, current status, progression notes, and final outcomes.
- Ensure logs are updated regularly and accessible for reporting and audit purposes.
- Provide summaries or dashboards of ticket activity to leadership as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organize and facilitate discussions to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly important – must be proactive, take initiative, and be a go-getter.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Background in clinical operations or healthcare preferred.
- Underwriting experience, including PBM underwriting and general underwriting, is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
