Job Title: Pharmacist (Inpatient)
Location: Seattle, WA – 98112
Duration: 13–16 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Day Shift (07:00 AM – 03:30 PM)
Job Summary
The Pharmacist supports inpatient pharmacy operations by ensuring accurate medication verification, clinical support, and compliance with safety standards while collaborating with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform order verification using Epic
- Conduct final product verification checks
- Provide clinical drug information
- Supervise pharmacy technicians
- Participate in Code Blue/emergency response
- Support oncology infusion and outpatient dispensing
Requirements
- Active WA Pharmacist License
- Experience in inpatient pharmacy setting
- Knowledge of USP 797/800 standards
- Familiarity with Epic and/or Pyxis
Must-Have
- Active WA Pharmacist License
- Inpatient pharmacy experience
- Experience with order verification
- Knowledge of USP 797/800
Nice-to-Have
- Oncology/infusion experience
- Experience with Epic & Pyxis
- Emergency response (Code Blue) experience
