Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Behavioural Health
Location: Primary – Las Vegas, NV 89119 (May float to other Client Health System hospitals)
Contract Length: 1 Months+ of Contract
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Pay Rate:
Local: $40/hr on W2
Travel:$1,800/Weely Blended
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Behavioural Health (Hospital Case Management)
Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with strong experience in behavioural health and hospital case management.
-
This short-term assignment is ideal for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and has a solid understanding of post-discharge planning and community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide psychosocial support and discharge planning for patients across various inpatient settings
-
Assess patients' social, emotional, and financial needs impacting care and recovery
-
Coordinate care and referrals to community resources, facilities, and support services
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation per hospital policies
-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
License:
-
Active LCSW license through the Nevada State Board of Examiners for Social Workers – Required.
Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital setting – Required
-
Familiarity with discharge planning and post-acute care resources
Skills:
-
Excellent communication and assessment skills
-
Knowledge of community-based services and resources
-
Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload
-
Must demonstrate age-appropriate care/service competencies for the assigned population
