Duration: 3+ Months (Temp to Hire)
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 am – 3:30 pm & Rotating Saturday 7 am – 11 am or Monday - Friday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm & Rotating Saturday 6 am – 10 am
Overview:
Seeking a Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist) . This role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens, and providing excellent patient service in a professional and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality blood draws (clinical & forensic)
• Ensure accurate specimen handling and documentation
• Deliver patient-focused service while explaining procedures
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional work environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA)
• Medical assistant or paramedic training (Preferred)
• 6+ months phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred
• Experience with pediatric & geriatric patients a plus
• Strong customer service and data entry skills
• Personal, reliable transportation required (No Uber, Lyft, or public transit)
• Punctuality and full shift attendance are mandatory
Notes:
• Must be flexible for rotating Saturdays, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed
• Pay rate based on verified direct phlebotomy experience only
