Job Title: IT Network Analyst II
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months, possible extension
Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm. May be some flexibility required to support APAC time zone, will reflect in shift for the week.

About the Role:
- We are looking for a Network Analyst with a solid foundation in networking and hands-on experience with Cisco and Arista platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be capable of performing basic configurations, as well as maintaining network management tools and documentation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Arista network devices.
- Perform basic network configurations (routing, VLANs, interface setups).
- Update and maintain SolarWinds for network monitoring.
- Keep the Service Now CMDB (Configuration Management Database) accurate and up to date.
- Assist in network deployments and upgrades.
- Document configurations and maintain network diagrams.
Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).
- 3-5+ years Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and Arista EOS.
- Familiarity with SolarWinds and Service Now CMDB processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCNA or equivalent certification.
- Experience with automation tools (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
- Knowledge of network security principles.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement)
