Job Title: Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist
Location: Oak Creek, WI, 53154
Duration: 3 + Months (Possibilities of Extension)
 
Shift: 3rd Shift
Schedule: 70 hours per week, 7 days per week
Schedule Notes: 3rd shift 7/70 NOCS (3rd shift) 8:30 pm - 6:30 am, Mon - Sun, following week off.

• At the direction of a radiologist and/or other providers, prepares patients, performs imaging procedures and operates imaging equipment.
• Performs diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures.
• Adheres to organizational customer service standards and supports the organizational excellence initiatives.
• Provides positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as necessary.
• Is currently working in 2 or more of the following modalities and meets the requirements of advanced certification: Bone Densitometry, CT, Diagnostic X-ray, and Mammography.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program (Required).
• An additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field (Preferred).

• ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer (Required).
• Registered by the ARRT in CT, Mammography or Bones Density within 18 months of hire/transfer (Required).
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent (Required).
