Location: Sarasota, FL
Shift/Time Zone: M–F 6:30 AM–3:30 PM | Rotational Saturdays 7 AM–11 AM (Eastern)
Duration: 3–4 months

Job Description:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is the face of our company, providing quality phlebotomy and patient service. Responsibilities include drawing and processing specimens, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate specimen collection and processing.

• Maintain a professional, safe environment.

• Deliver excellent customer service and support patient understanding.

• Ensure compliance with all procedures and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred).

• Strong pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills.

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• Excellent data entry and customer service skills.

• Flexible for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
