Phlebotomist I
Patient Services Representative I
Location: Cape Coral, FL
Shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Saturday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Duration: 5 months
Job Summary:
The PSR I is the first point of contact for patients, performing phlebotomy and specimen preparation with care and accuracy. This role requires strong communication skills to explain procedures and build trust, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process blood samples (forensic and clinical) following protocols.

Maintain accurate records and a safe work environment.

Provide excellent patient service and promote a positive company image.

Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience; 1+ years preferred.

Strong phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric patients.

Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
