Job Description:
As part of Client enterprise-wide initiative leadership has requested that all candidates moving forward are sourced from the following geographical locations: Client, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI.
Job Description:
The Correspondence Processor (CP)is a non-clinical staff with a high school education and some experience in the medical field, preferably in managed care positions. Processes and monitors all member and provider correspondence through the *** letter database. Adheres to UM policies and procedures.
Must Have Skills:
Attention to detail, Fast learner, able to adapt to change, multi-tasking skill.
Day to Day Duties:
Letter generation- selects correct template, minor grammar checks, sends letters out within required time frame.
Requeired Experience/Education:
High School Graduate/ GED
Expected schedule (include if there are time zone requirements): 9-6pm PST Sunday Thursday or Tuesday Saturday
