Duties:
Job Summary:
Provides extraordinary care to our customers through friendly, courteous, and professional service through a broad understanding of account handling processes, extraordinary interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Responsibilities:
-Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail, and personal computers.
-Collaborate and partner with teams across the organization.
-Participate in meetings and education requirements.
-Monitors centralized mailbox and electronic work queues to distribute incoming documents appropriately.
-Reviews incoming faxes and distribute them appropriately.
-Prepares outgoing mail.
-Answers telephone, directs calls, and takes messages.
-Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Looking to hire 2 travelers. This will be a remote position. Working on some projects. Woking on integrations work. Temp work with a possibility of conversion. Core team- need to have Unity OnBase experience entry level experience in Patient need epic and resolve is a plus. M-F 7 to 3:30 in MST with a 30 min lunch some possible flexibility in schedule. possible OT after the training period no weekeds, holidays or on call work. Will provide equipment- laptop, 2 monitors, mouse keyboard, head set and docking station. Needs Epic experience entry level

-Twelve (12) months experience in a healthcare clerical setting.
