Schedule
Training- 6-8 weeks
Training schedule hours- 8am-5pm CST M-F (excluding holidays)
The post-training schedule- start anywhere between 7:00-9:00) It will be 8 am-5pm for each of their time zones at that point. If they don t take a full hour for lunch and only take 30 min, then their end time would be 4:30 pm. AProduct, in each of their specific time zones where they reside.
For training, it s CST. After that it will be based on their own time zones that they reach reside in.
This position is responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED.*1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.*Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.*Data entry and/or typing experience.*Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.*Medical records remote retrieval experience*Experience with Microsoft suite*Detail oriented
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: Grievance or Appeal experience preferred •1 years customer service experience.*6 months data entry experience in an office environment.*Experience working with healthcare providers*Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.*Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria.
