Top Required Skills

1. Knowledge and active use/management of Microsoft Active Directory security groups, user and system accounts, and related processes such as file share security

2. Experience in the ServiceNow ticketing system - incidents and requests

3. Experience in using MS Office products including Teams which are crucial applications used to meet, communicate, document processes and screen share with coworkers

High Level Project Overview:

Under general supervision, monitor, evaluate and maintain systems and procedures established to Product information assets from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Provide technical and administrative support in the modification, design and set-up of applications and user security. Evaluate and resolve security related problems and advise users on security issues. Responsible for working with multiple business units within a specific platform environment on multi-project assignments. May guide and advise less experienced Systems Security Analysts if needed. Errors may cause delay, expense and disruption. Exercise independent judgment and decision-making in implement and managing user access. Effectively utilize the proper processes, resources, or teammates to develop solutions and devise new approaches as needed.



This position is on a team with resources located in Cayce S.C. and also Richmond Va. Collaboration and cooperative support across the entire Client footprint is expected and required. The position is in Cayce and will have a significant focus on ongoing integration between Client and the former SCANA corporation. Multiple security domains are involved and conversion from some domains is a priority. Flexibility is critical in an ever-changing environment where documentation may not always be updated.



Preferred Years of Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Information Security Analyst using Active Directory



Education:

Minimum Highschool Diploma or High School Equivalency
