Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our managed lab operations across the Midwest region.
- In this role, you will serve as a key HR partner for multiple internal client groups, managing a variety of programs and processes including recruiting, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, employee relations, and organizational development.
- This position reports to the HR Leader for Client and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and business partners across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, ensuring compliance with corporate hiring policies and procedures.
- Administer corporate performance management and salary review programs in line with company policies.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support to employees and managers, and coordinating with the HR Service Center (HRSC) as needed.
- Facilitate and support employee training initiatives and career development planning within assigned client groups.
- Assist in executing the annual HR Planning Process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
- Act as Glint Survey administrator for client groups and interpret results to support engagement strategies.
- Support employees with benefit-related inquiries by coordinating with Corporate HR and Benefits teams.
- Partner with leadership to support change management, organizational design, and culture development initiatives.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (required)
Preferred Experience: Experience working in a medical or healthcare environment
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Office Suite.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or Oracle HR systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Adaptable and skilled at handling ambiguity.
