Job Description:
This position will be focused on coordinating state approval on public website content with 18 health plans
fully remote - Client, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI
estimated 25 hrs/week - can work flexible hours within regular business hours
requires dual monitors and a docking station
Responsible for the review of benefits and communication of the Medicare/MMP product in support of strategic and corporate business objectives.
Manage for all Medicare lines of business the annual Medicare and Medicare-Medicaid review of core beneficiary communications, to include the Medicare Summary of Benefits and Annual Notice of Change/Evidence of Coverage, Provider Directories for print and online distribution via 3rd party vendor authoring process, Client Public Website ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines.
Support Medicare and MMP line of business for upcoming contract year business readiness.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Monitor and control project quality by measuring accuracy according to plan and making course corrections as needed to keep the project on track.
Provide interim reports and keeping the project sponsor and stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
Review of Medicare and MMP, ANOC/EOC, Summary of Benefits, Provider Directories, Client Public Website and working closely with a variety of internal and external partners. Responsible for staying up to date with the latest communications and guidance provided by CMS as it relates to applicable projects.
Job Qualifications
Required Education
Associate s degree in Healthcare Admin, Marketing, Communications, English
Required Experience
1 year experience in project management.
1-2 years of experience in Information Technology, database Content Management Systems environments.
Preferred Experience
3-5 years in project coordination, project management, business analysis, compliance.
