Duration: 2 – 5 Months (High Possibility with Extension or conversion for full time employee)
Shift: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM)

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to support patients, physicians, and pharmacies with copay assistance programs. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, empathetic service and ensuring patients can easily access their medications.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and escalations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of healthcare, pharmacy, or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with healthcare or pharmacy systems a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
