WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to improve systems and workflows.
- Analyze current processes, gather requirements, and recommend system enhancements.
- Support the implementation of new tools and technologies that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and documentation.
- Mapping business needs to system capabilities and identifying gaps.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize system requirements.
- Testing and validating system changes before deployment.
- Creating user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
- Experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or IT project coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PLM) and data workflows.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
