Location: Pembroke Pines, FL
Duration: 4 Months (Temp to Hire/ Possible Extension)
Shift: Must have flexibility for availability between 6am-4pm (8hrs/Day), depending on site to be covered
Overview:
The PSR II represents the face of the company, delivering professional specimen collection services and ensuring exceptional patient care. This floater role requires travel between multiple sites, performing venipuncture and related duties while adhering to safety, accuracy, and customer service standards.

Location: Pembroke Pines, FL
Duration: 4 Months (Temp to Hire/ Possible Extension)
Shift: Must have flexibility for availability between 6am-4pm (8hrs/Day), depending on site to be covered
Overview:
The PSR II represents the face of the company, delivering professional specimen collection services and ensuring exceptional patient care. This floater role requires travel between multiple sites, performing venipuncture and related duties while adhering to safety, accuracy, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled venipuncture (pediatric, geriatric, and capillary) and specimen processing
- Verify patient ID and ensure accurate specimen labeling in their presence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Complete documentation and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Adapt to different locations and work environments with minimal notice
- Comply with company dress code, policies, and health/safety standards
- Deliver high-level customer service and promote a positive company image.
Education & Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Required: 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Customer service experience in retail/service settings
- Keyboard/data entry proficiency
- Floaters are able to submit mileage for expense reimbursement.
