Job Title: Mail Processor

Duration: 6 Months+ (Possibilities of Extension)
 
Job Summary:
Backing up the shipping and receiving department. Handling UPS and FedEx delivery's and pick-ups. Doing the van run from our Scottsdale location to the Phoenix and Chandler location. Metering mail and gathering mail and paperwork for pickups.
 
Responsibilities:

• The job Product is working with the Client corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers.
• Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines.
• Perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule.
• This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp.
• Communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.

 
Requirements:

• Shipping and receiving
• Driving
• Print or mail room setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF & Outlook)
• Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for long periods of the day

 
Education:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
