How will you make an impact?
Independently write, review, edit and manage publications associated with new instrument product releases, upgrades and obsolescence.
What will you do?
Create, edit, and maintain customer-facing documents. Documents include user guides, release notes, and support updates.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather and organize source material for documentation.
Interface with program managers and U.S. Government end users to gather requirements and develop associated processes
Research and translate technical information into customer-facing documents for both non-technical and technical users.
Provide instructions to users for system setup, configuration and troubleshooting
Participate in content strategy planning and incorporating feedback from broader team.
Required Skills: 8+ years of experience ( 6 years of specialized in the Information systems Field)
• Ability to interface with development team and end-users to understand functional requirements to develop processes and procedures
• Preference for candidates with demonstrated experience working on government sponsored projects
• Excellent understanding of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Able to work efficiently and independently on multiple concurrent projects.
• Use sound professional judgement in taking care of requests, issues and partner concerns.
Preferred Skills:
• Cloud Software field Preferred
Degree/Certifications:
• BS/BA in English, journalism, computer science or related discipline
