Job Summary

The Professional 2, Production role is responsible for managing and producing a wide range of print projects for both internal and external audiences. This position involves working on recurring, preformatted publications (such as quarterly reports) and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The role requires independent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and manage a variety of print and publication projects
• Work with internal stakeholders on preformatted, recurring materials (e.g., quarterly reports)
• Coordinate with printers, designers, and external vendors
• Provide guidance on production techniques and processes
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines
• Interpret project requirements and determine appropriate execution approaches
• Follow established processes while handling occasional ambiguity
• Align work with departmental and organizational objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Less than 5 years of relevant/technical experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent grammar and proficiency in Associated Press (AP) Style
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Strong interest in improving consumer experience
