Position Summary:
The I-9 Coordinator is responsible for supporting ***s Human Resources Shared Services Employment Authorization Onboarding function.
On a daily basis, the coordinator will review applicable reports and systems to ensure potential new hires and internal colleagues are being managed through required processes to become a successful *** new hire.
Duties:
-Triage Service Now case management system as it relates to I-9 questions
-Support I-9 Reporting.
-Support New Hire Form Completion (including audit checks)
-Responsible for Case Management Resolution
Required Qualifications:
-1+ years of operations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
-Excellent client service skills.
-Excellent PC skills, including extensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
-Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team player.
-Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
-Ability to prioritize and manage projects utilizing standard project management methodologies.
-Must have service and operations delivery experience.
-Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and administration
Education:
-Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
