Job Summary:

• The Artwork Editor is responsible for reviewing product labeling to ensure all required regulatory and compliance elements are accurately included.
• This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and participates in artwork alignment meetings to support upcoming changes and ensure accuracy in final deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review product labeling for required elements including:
  • Ingredients.
  • Warnings.
  • Net quantity of contents.
  • Distributor statements.
  • Other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with:
  • Regulatory Affairs.
  • Artwork Planners.
  • Design Teams.
  • Marketing.
  • Legal Teams.
• Participate in artwork project alignment meetings to:
  • Stay informed of upcoming changes.
  • Provide early feedback to the artwork team.
  • Perform copy checking and proofreading of artwork components:
  • Manually.
  • Using electronic verification tools.
• Meet with clients to discuss artwork requirements and updates.
• Review complex reports and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations as required.
