Duration: 3 + Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: Nights – 10-Hour Shifts
Travel Pay: $3400/Week (Blended)
Local Pay: $75 – $80/hr. on (W2)

Seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to work under the supervision of the Director and Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator to optimize patient drug regimens and ensure safe, effective medication use. The role includes drug review, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive drug regimen reviews for therapeutic duplications, allergies, and interactions.
- Ensure dosages are appropriate for age, renal, and liver functions.
- Participate in patient/family education, clinical rounds, and care conferences.
- Monitor patients on clinical drug protocols and manage pain-related medication needs.
- Attend codes and provide drug in-services to nursing and medical staff.
- Identify, document, and report potential or actual adverse drug events.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Perform dispensing and related duties as assigned.
Required skills, experience & certifications:
- California Pharmacy License – Required
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Pharmacy – Required
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Master’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (MS/PharmD) – Preferred
