Position: Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist)
Location: Draper, UT
Duration: 6–7 months
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time)

Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of our company, providing exceptional patient care and accurate specimen collection. This role includes drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for testing, and maintaining patient trust through professional, safe, and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing accurately and on time.

• Verify patient information and maintain documentation.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold confidentiality.

• Travel to nearby patient service centers as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients.

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience in a Patient Service Center or healthcare setting.

• Medical assistant or paramedic training.
