Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: Dallas, TX
Shift: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Duration: 3 months

Summary:
The PSR II is the face of the clinic, providing excellent patient service and high-quality blood collection. This role includes drawing and processing specimens, explaining procedures, and maintaining a safe, professional, and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily tasks accurately and on time under supervisor direction.

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens per established procedures.

• Verify patient information and ensure correct labeling.

• Maintain records and documentation.

• Support a clean, safe, and professional workspace.

• Deliver strong customer service and uphold confidentiality.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience (pediatric & geriatric included).

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Flexible with scheduling; may need to travel to multiple sites.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical/MA training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience in a Patient Service Center.

• Retail or service-based customer service background.

• Keyboard/data entry experience.
