Job Title: Phlebotomist 
Location: Winter Haven, FL
Duration: 4 months (Temp to Hire/ Possible Extension)
Shift: Mon - Fri 6AM-1PM & every 4th Saturday 6:30AM - 10:30AM

Job Overview: The Patient Services Representative serves as the face of the company for patients, whether they are visiting for routine health needs or making important health decisions. The PSR is responsible for drawing quality blood samples and preparing them for lab testing, all while following established procedures. The PSR interacts directly with patients, creating a trusting environment, explaining procedures, and ensuring blood specimens are drawn safely and accurately.
  Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Build trust and confidence with patients while explaining blood draw procedures in a clear and calm manner.
• Blood Collection & Processing: Confidently collect and process both forensic and clinical specimens, following established guidelines.
• Verification & Documentation: Accurately maintain records and ensure proper labeling of blood specimens.
• Work Environment: Maintain a safe, professional, and organized workspace.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• 6 Months of Phlebotomy experiences is required.
