Job Title: Patient Activation Administrative Specialist
Location: Austin, TX 78701
Duration: 4 months
Shift: 40 hour per week schedule ; Availability Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 6:30 pm

Job Description:


Experience / additional details:
  • Schedule management and scanning, appropriate follow up re/scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary.
  • All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, Copay Collection, Supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, and desktop management.
  • Perform opening and closing duties/daily, office upkeep, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies in waiting room, exam rooms and restrooms, and organization

Requirements:
  • 12 months of relevant work experience in customer service.
  • Healthcare experience preferred, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and confident communication with both patients and clinical staff.
Parking: Parking card will be provided.
