Phlebotomist II - Float
Location: Ocala, FL
Shift: Mon-Fri (5:30 AM–2:30 PM, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, or 6:30 AM–3:30 PM) + Rotational Saturdays
Duration: 4 Months
Float Role – Mileage Reimbursed Between Sites
Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist)
Seeking an experienced PSR II / Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Ocala, FL. This role is patient-facing and requires excellent phlebotomy skills, professionalism, and reliability. You will draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and ensure a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate blood draws (venipuncture/capillary) on all age groups

Verify patient identity and label specimens in their presence

Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
-
Rotate between patient service centers and in-office phlebotomy sites
-
Travel locally with reliable transportation (clean driving record required)

Submit mileage between sites for reimbursement
Requirements:
-
1–3 years of phlebotomy experience (required)

Experience with pediatric and geriatric collections
-
Strong customer service background
-
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-
Phlebotomy certification (preferred; required in CA, NV, WA)

Medical assistant or paramedic training (preferred)
-
Clean driving record & reliable transportation (no bus/Uber)

Must live within 20–25 minutes of Ocala, FL

Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible to schedule changes
