Position: Sr. Human Resources Business Partner Location: Providence, RI Facility: Women & Infants Hospital Job Type: Full Time, On-Site, Mon Friday, 8:30 5 pm Reports To: Sr. Director, Human Resources Labor Force Supported: All Employees Leadership, Salaried, Hourly, Union & Non-Union



Primary Function: The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr HRBP) provides strategic support and consultation on Human Resources related issues within designated Operating Unit (Client). The incumbent establishes and maintains working relationships with all levels of management and staff and works with senior leadership to analyze, monitor, and address HR efforts related to improving the work environment of their employees strategically and proactively. Utilizes knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers. Acts as liaison with other HR functions including recruitment, training/development, employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits and provides change management leadership as needed.



Requirements: * A STRONG DISPOSITION IS REQUIRED! Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree Preferred. Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Human Resources and at least 2 years as a Business Partner Successful in leading in a unionized environment is required for all of the Operating Units with the exception of the Medical Group, The Providence Center, and Corporate Services. Certification in at least one major HR discipline such as PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or CBP preferred.
