Phlebotomist I
Duartion: 6months
Location: Mount Pleasant SC
Shift: Mon-Friday 7:30 am-12:00 pm
Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients, whether they are undergoing routine wellness tests or tests with life-impacting results. The PSR I is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing those specimens for lab testing, following strict protocols. The role requires professionalism, accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills to create a trustworthy, safe, and confident experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervisor direction.

Create and maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.

Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing per company procedures.
-
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
-
Uphold organizational standards and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and the public.

Explain procedures to patients and draw blood skillfully, safely, and accurately.

Demonstrate Leadership Behaviors, process excellence, and sensitivity to confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
Technical & Soft Skills:

Ability to provide error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.

Strong customer service skills.

Must be punctual, able to work entire scheduled shifts, and have excellent attendance.
Schedule & Availability:

Flexible availability is required, including: Weekends, Holidays, On-call shifts & Overtime
Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent – REQUIRED
Experience Requirements:
-
Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience – REQUIRED
