Phlebotomist I

The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients, whether they are undergoing routine wellness tests or tests with life-impacting results. The PSR I is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing those specimens for lab testing, following strict protocols. The role requires professionalism, accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills to create a trustworthy, safe, and confident experience for patients.

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervisor direction.

• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.

• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing per company procedures.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Uphold organizational standards and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and the public.

• Explain procedures to patients and draw blood skillfully, safely, and accurately.

• Demonstrate Leadership Behaviors, process excellence, and sensitivity to confidentiality.

• Ability to provide error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Must be punctual, able to work entire scheduled shifts, and have excellent attendance.

• Flexible availability is required, including: Weekends, Holidays, On-call shifts & Overtime

• High school diploma or equivalent – REQUIRED

• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience – REQUIRED
