Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)
Location: Milton, FL

Shift: Central Time | Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–4:30 PM | Saturday: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM

Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is responsible for collecting blood specimens, preparing samples for lab testing, and providing excellent patient care in a safe and professional environment. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection following established procedures
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure patient confidentiality and safety standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience
• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ years preferred
• Strong pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills preferred
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA)
• Basic keyboard/data entry skills required
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed
