Job Title: SURGICAL TECH - BACKFILL - MID
Job Location: Portland, ME
Job Duration: 6 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: 11am - 11pm for evenings

Call Requirements:

• One overnight call, 11p-7a for Trauma call.
• If on a specialty team, call will be scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Client).

Years of Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience.

Required Certifications:

• CST required.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 26.
• Patient Ratios: 1:1.
• Equipment: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot.
• EMR: Epic.

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Level 1 trauma experience.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: General, GU/GYN, Client trauma, Client joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, Endovascular.
• Type of Patients on Unit: Operating Room.
• Personality Fit: flexible, accountable, timely, teamplayer.

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Teal scrubs issued from the hospital.
