The Global Ethics & Compliance team is seeking a contractor to support the Anti-Corruption Due Diligence (ACDD) program. This role assists with the daily execution of third-party due diligence processes outside the United States, ensuring timely, accurate, and audit-ready handling of compliance activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Due Diligence Administration
- Initiate ACDD initial assessments and renewals in coordination with engagement owners.
- Track and follow up on pending due diligence requests to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and manage the ACDD shared mailbox.
- Triage incoming requests and route inquiries to appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain response logs and documentation for tracking purposes.
- Conduct periodic access roster reviews to ensure appropriate system permissions.
- Escalate discrepancies as needed.
- Organize historical ACDD documentation in alignment with record retention policies.
- Prepare records for internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Participate in monitoring activities related to Anti-Corruption program compliance.
- Support corrective action follow-up.
- Generate ad hoc and recurring status reports to track ACDD activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
- Experience in compliance, legal operations, risk management, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with third-party risk management tools such as Aravo, ServiceNow, or Third Party Manager.
- Experience supporting audit or regulatory review processes.
