Phlebotomist II - Float

Position: Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Duration: 6–7 months
Shift/Time Zone: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.

Job Summary:
The PSR II is the face of our company, responsible for providing excellent patient care through professional and accurate blood collection. This role involves drawing and processing specimens, verifying patient information, and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. The PSR II builds trust with patients and demonstrates leadership, quality, and attention to detail in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily specimen collection and processing per established procedures.

• Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling.

• Maintain accurate records and a safe, professional environment.

• Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Travel as needed between patient service centers and office locations (mileage reimbursed between sites).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (required).

• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain punctuality.

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
