Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)

Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM EST (Tuesday–Thursday & Saturday)
 
Job Summary:
The PSR I serves as the primary point of contact for patients, providing a professional and supportive experience. Responsibilities include collecting blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring accuracy, safety, and confidentiality. The role requires clear communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build patient trust.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Process and prepare specimens following standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and patient care.
• Work independently while meeting daily performance goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience (1+ year preferred).
• Phlebotomy skills required (certification preferred).
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.

• Customer service experience.
• Experience in fast-paced healthcare or service environments.
