Program Analyst
Job Title: Program Analyst
Role Overview:
The Program Analyst provides in-depth research, data analysis, and process improvement recommendations to support business operations. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to address complex issues, facilitate decision-making, and drive sustainable solutions aligned with organizational strategy, particularly within the Colo Program.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analyze data/problems of varying complexity to develop actionable recommendations for business operations.

Provide guidance in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective processes and procedures.

Deliver reporting and analysis to support solution execution; consult with clients, colleagues, and management.

Participate in cross-functional teams to address business/system issues and coordinate moderately complex projects.

Lead process improvement initiatives and present outcomes to senior management.

Develop and update major business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Collect and analyze asset data for the Colo Program, preparing reports and facilitating strategic decision-making.

Serve as a liaison between high-priority customer programs, System IT, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and accurate IT charge application.

Support change management as customers implement enterprise transformational platforms.

Facilitate and guide the application of Scrum and Agile methodologies within the team.

Manage the BDG records management program.

Apply risk management principles in decision-making and contribute to functional risk mitigation.

Support infrastructure project management as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
3+ years of experience in business or program analysis, preferably supporting infrastructure projects.

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data structures, visualization, and technical conversations.

Advanced proficiency in MS Project, including managing complex, multi-phase project schedules with dependencies and KPI tracking.

Expert-level Excel skills: dynamic workbooks, dashboards, automated reporting, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and macros.

Advanced Power BI skills: design, support, and maintain interactive dashboards with DAX calculations, data modeling, and custom measures for KPI tracking and executive decision-making.

Ability to evaluate root causes and recommend sustainable solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with senior leadership.

Experience working under direction to plan and execute detailed procedures within established standards.
