Questionnaire:
-List city/state at top of resume. Must be within comfortable commute to North Scottsdale where office is located.
-**List desired shift on top of resume** Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30; 1st-Shift Hours (flexible start and end time for an 8-hour Shift) Position may offer occasional OT although these instances are **very rare** and will not be mandatory (voluntary basis). Rotations through nights, weekend, and holiday coverage will also be rare and will not be mandatory.

INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1 round - Video Interview. Manager will ask for candidates email and phone number to send Teams invite. Candidate will receive interview directly to email after confirmed in Fieldglass and is responsible for attending meeting. Phone number is a back up in case of technical issues with video. - 30 mins.
The Representative II employee will work closely with several different teams within Provider Network Services including the RFI Team and the Pharmacy Network Compliance Team. The RFI Team's efforts will be primarily responsible for aiding incoming day-to-day activities. Our RFI Team handles time-sensitive requests required by law or in support of legal processes external to our company. Other areas, including Pharmacy Network Compliance, will be to aid employees and team leads with workloads in order to meet internal/external goals and guarantees.
Must maintain compliance at all times with CMS and department standards.
Customer service focus. Basic experience with laptop use and proficient with Microsoft products including, Outlook, MSWord, and MS Excel. Familiar with working under corporate settings as well as having basic experience with Client scanning. The position also requires an extensive amount of data entry work as well as organizational skills to prioritize work loads.

14.Ability to interpret a variety of work instructions provided through a variety of mediums
